Synchronous Learning

Synchronous learning is similar to a classroom setting in that all participants are present at the same time of the training, but not all are in the same location. With the advent of web and video conferencing tools, Teksoft Ventures is able to deliver training via web conferencing to clients while saving valuable time, travel, and staffing dollars on budgeted projects.

Along with using web conferencing tools to deliver training to corporate clients, Teksoft Ventures has also hosted several FREE public webinars. These informational and training webinars have covered topics such as “5 Quick Resource Planning Tips For Your ERP/SAP Training Rollout” and “Advanced Tools to Capture Employee Interest & Improve Training.”

Asynchronous Learning

Asynchronous learning is a flexible mode of delivery in which participants access course materials on their own time at their own pace. This accessibility allows for diverse and international corporations to receive the same training material as everyone else, regardless of their location. Teksoft Ventures offers a software solution, known as a Learning Management System (LMS), to deliver eLearning courses to global users. Teksoft Ventures’ robust LMS, known as the Teksoft Learning Community (TLC), offers a place for users to obtain interactive eLearning training courses and course documentation all in one single repository that is easily accessible from web enabled computers.

Another important feature of the TLC is that our clients are able to track their employees’ usage by generating reports that may include user progress, graded assessments, or any other relevant indicators.

Simply put, asynchronous learning environments provide a high level of interactivity between participants who are separated both geographically and temporarily with many of the same benefits of classroom training.
